Enjoy the Dock Access, Swimming area and Fire Pit area or relax on your own private deck with BBQ and fire table which spans the width of the unit. Come visit sunny Sproat Lake and recreational opportunities. Bring your own watercraft for use at the private slip. The space Our townhome is located in the prestigious Maples gated community. It has a private entrance with space for parking. There are 2 bathrooms and 3 bedrooms upstairs: a queen size, a room with a twin over double bunk bed, and the primary bedroom with a king bed and tv. The primary bedroom has an ensuite and a balcony with seating. Downstairs you will find a dining room, well appointed kitchen with bar, living room with an additional large tv, games and activities and walkout patio with views of Sproat Lake. There is also a powder room and laundry/linen closet on this level. Outside on the private deck is another table, a lounging area, a fire table and a BBQ. You will find a deck box with items for water play. On the property is a shared fire pit, the swimming area, and a shared dock with a slip dedicated to each unit. This space is great for families and couples alike. Fish, swim and boat to your hearts content, or relax on the dock with a book before an evening campfire. Sproat Lake has two lakefront restaurants, a fuel dock, kayak/paddle board rentals, liquor store, and a small convenience store. Our unit is close to the Sproat Lake Provincial Park which boasts a beautiful beach and boat launch. We are conveniently located 15 minutes from Port Alberni with access to restaurants, brew pubs, recreation, grocery, movies, golfing and more. Tofino and Ucluelet are a 90 minute drive and 90 minutes to the Nanaimo Departure Bay ferry terminal, the Duke Point ferry terminal, or even the Nanaimo airport. Mount Washington and the Comox Valley are not much more than 90 minutes either. Guest access Guests have full access to the 1400sq ft townhouse, laundry, private patio, and balcony. There is shared access to the dock, swimming area, fire pit and lawns. Other things to note We are 100% pet free, including service animals as our daughter has severe allergies.
