The space The apartment is rented in its entirety, you do not have shared areas. You will find two bedrooms: one with a 150cm double bed and another with a 135cm bed. In the living room there is a 105cm sofa bed. It will always be used with the guest's prior request. In the bathroom you have a bathtub, sink and bidet, all with hot water. There will be 2 bath towels for each guest. You'll also find toilet paper, hair dryer, shower gel-shampoo. The apartment has wifi, 32”Smart TV with fire tv, kettle, iron, ironing board, clothesline, detergent and softener for the washing machine. The TV only works through internet applications, they do not have an antenna or tdt. Heating is by means of Split-type cold heat pumps located in the living room and another in the master bedroom. The kitchen is equipped with cutlery, plates, glasses and wine glasses, pans and two pots (one medium and one small). You also have a Dolce Gusto coffee maker with coffee and milk capsules, sugar, saccharin, infusions, cocoa, salt, oil and vinegar, toaster/sandwich maker, juice squeezer, blender, cutting board, etc. The apartment has a microwave and four-burner ceramic hob. You'll also find kitchen towels and cloths, as well as placemats for eating, napkins, pillows, and blankets. We always have a travel crib in the accommodation, you must request it to leave it ready, we also have a high chair for the little ones. We will leave an additional set of sheets for each bed in stays of more than 5 days. The doors of the three balconies are protected with an iron bar that only an adult can remove, so the apartment is suitable for children and babies. The Albaicín neighborhood is an emblematic and charming neighborhood, characterized mainly by its labyrinthine streets and its cobblestones and Granada cobblestones and its beautiful squares with flamenco goblins on each of its corners... Guest access You'll have access to all areas of the accommodation as it's an entire apartment. The common areas you'll share are the stairs and the entrance hall to access the house.
