Tiny House in Côte-Roannaise

Hello everyone. Emilie and I offer you a stay in our Tiny House, partly self-built by us. After living there for 2 years, we have now settled down. We will be happy to welcome you and make you enjoy, for one night or more, the minimalist but very comfortable living experience that this type of accommodation brings. The space Welcome to this charming tiny house, a haven of comfort nestled in the heart of nature. This little wonder is equipped with everything you need to make your stay memorable. As soon as you walk through the door, you will discover a cozy living room, with comfortable L-shaped benches, a coffee table and a well-stocked library for your leisure time. The kitchen is a real gem, with a practical sink, built-in electric oven, BoB dishwasher, compact fridge, gas hob, Senseo coffee maker, and all the cutlery and utensils you need to prepare delicious meals. A high dining table can accommodate up to four guests for moments of conviviality. For your convenience, there is a dressing room, dry toilet, shower to cool off, and two comfortable mezzanines, each with a 140/190 double bed. Outside, a terrace with a dining table invites you to enjoy the surrounding nature. Remember, the tiny house doesn't have Wi-Fi, but 4G is there to keep you connected to the outside world. In addition, in season, you can opt for a surcharge and access our 11-meter by 5-meter in-ground pool for refreshing moments. If you wish, we can also prepare a delicious breakfast for an extra charge of €10 per person. Enjoy your stay in our tiny house to escape from the daily routine and live a unique experience close to nature. Guest access You have the entire Tiny, a parking space and a garden. For our biker and cyclist friends, you can park your motorcycle or bike in our closed garage right next to the tiny. In fine weather, we can offer you access to our swimming pool (in addition, times to be agreed) Other things to note Warning about ladders: "We inform you that the ladders leading to the mezzanines are a bit steep, so please take your time to climb them safely." Heating information: "The Tiny House is equipped with thermostatic gas heating, already on for your comfort upon arrival. We also provide blankets to keep you warm." Information on air conditioning for the summer: "For sunny days, air conditioning will be installed in the spring of 2025. It will work thanks to solar panels, in complete autonomy, for an environmentally friendly comfort." About the kennel for animals: "A small kennel located right next door will allow your four-legged companions to spend the night near you, while having their own space outside the Tiny House😉."
