The space This is a duplex unit on a dead end street, only 1 shared wall (fireplace wall). 2 Bedroom 1 Bath, fully remodeled (paint, quartz, lighting, flooring) and brand new stainless steel appliances! Guest access This is a duplex but there is nothing shared besides 1 (fireplace) wall and yard. You will have access to your own washer and dryer and garage.
