Cottage at Gföhlerwald - Relaxation in paradise

Whether you want a romantic getaway for two, a trip with friends or family or just time all to yourself, you've come to the right place! Of course, we are happy to provide a baby/guest bed in the bedroom if required. The idyllic cottage in a single courtyard location is located in the middle of an organically cultivated 10,000 m² show garden, which you can enjoy exclusively during your stay. You can only be reached here via the landline connection - pure peace & relaxation! The space The cottage is not a pure vacation home and, if not rented, is inhabited by Elisabeth and her dog Emma. Therefore, you will find everything you need to live there (and probably much more): a fully equipped kitchen, living room with Swedish stove, radio & satellite TV, bathroom with tub & barrier-free shower. The stove and shower have a child safety lock and the house is mostly barrier-free. The guest room is equipped with a double bed as standard. We are also happy to provide an extra bed for your children and a baby crib & highchair are available for very small guests. In addition, there is a covered terrace and the barbecue area. During your stay, the huge garden with numerous seating areas and pond is available to you alone. Since the house is very secluded and located in a depression, there is no cell phone reception. Of course, the landline & Wi-Fi are available to you during your stay. The Wi-Fi connection is not particularly fast, so it is probably not recommended for important professional online meetings & gaming. For streaming from Netflix, Spotify etc. it is normally perfectly sufficient :) Guest access Living area approx. 75 m², fenced courtyard area approx. 100 m², entire garden 1 ha, as well as ancillary rooms of the property Other things to note Air conditioning? What's that? Waldviertel: naturally "cool" The mild climate ensures warm days and pleasantly cool nights in the summer months - nightly temperatures above 20 degrees are still a rarity here. The "Waldviertel air conditioning" works completely without electricity = nature provides coolness all by itself.
