This primary residence is set up for kids with a securely fenced amazing pool so you can let your kids play, worry-free. Then take a cool dip from the summer heat. Afterwards, enjoy a nice outdoor BBQ on the patio next to the amazing pool. There are many things to do in this iconic city of Los Angeles, Universal Studios (8 mi) the water park at Six Flags Magic Mountain (21 mi) Disneyland (42 mi) , drive up to the vineyards near Santa Barbara (75 mi) or be off the grid hiking in no time. The space 1700 sq ft. home located in a cul-de-sac in the heart of the San Fernando Valley. There is free and ample parking in the driveway and street. A mid-century modern home built in 1962, a typical architecture of the time and feels like it. The interior is spacious, with lots of natural light during the day. The master bedroom has a walk-in closet, bathroom and direct entry to the patio/BBQ area and pool. The full chef's kitchen is complete with everything you will need to eat meals at home when you need a break from all the fun activities this iconic city has to offer. You will need a car here in Los Angeles and there is plenty of space to park it, in the driveway as well as ample street parking. Guest access You will have the entire home and outside area, backyard BBQ & Pool. Other things to note Garage will be inaccessible. Gardener on Mondays in the AM and a pool service on Thursdays around 11am. Cost includes the home being cleaned once during your stay.
