Fisherman's house, 200 meters from the sea

We look forward to welcoming you to our family home in the picturesque Tréboul district of Douarnenez, where we live regularly! Our house is located on a quiet street, 200 meters from Saint Jean beach and the GR34, and a 5-minute walk from the port where there are shops (bakery, market, cheese shop, butcher, etc.) and restaurants. The house has all the modern comforts and we try to make it more comfortable with each new stay. The space The house, an old fisherman's house, is ideal for family vacations by the sea. The house is on 3 levels (ground floor, 1st floor, 2nd floor). It has a modern, fully equipped kitchen. Quality Wi-Fi access is available in the house, and an office area has been installed on the top floor, in the large bedroom, for those who would like to telecommute. Three large bedrooms can accommodate 6 adults: 2 on the first floor (two 90 beds, one 160 bed), 1 on the top floor (160 bed). Quality bedding. Note: sheets and towels not included (possibility to rent sheets on request and subject to availability for a price of 15 euros/bed regardless of the length of stay) Shower room on the first floor with toilet. Separate toilet on the ground floor. Pretty wooded and enclosed garden and terrace behind the house, west facing. We provide a garden table and barbecue. Two bikes are also available in the shed. We provide accessories for toddlers on request (bathtub, high chair and baby bed, games). Linens and towels are not provided. Guest access The entire house is open to guests, private areas (closet for our personal belongings) will be closed to access. Unless explicitly requested, check-in will be done independently via a key box. Other things to note Linens and towels are not provided. Possibility of renting sheets on request and according to availability. Sheet rental price: €15/bed regardless of length of stay. Pets are not allowed During the summer holiday period: check-in and checkout on Saturday only
