The space Full basement apartment, fully stocked with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Sleeping Arrangements: Bedroom 1 - King Size Bed Bedroom 2 - Full over Full Bunk bed Living Room - Full floor mattress available Kitchen: Fully stocked, full size kitchen. Full size refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave, spices, coffee/tea/hot coco, air fryer, blender, silverware, pots/pans, plastic ware for kids. We stocked the kitchen with you in mind in order to provide you with anything you could possibly need in a kitchen. Wifi: Gig speed wifi is available. Plenty of speed to go around to ensure buffer free entertainment. Living Room: 65" Roku Smart TV with complimentary YouTube TV and many other options for your entertainment. Feel free to sign into any streaming account you desire. Board games, books, DVD's and a keyboard are available inside the cabinets underneath the TV. We are very friendly people that love to meet new people., but also respect your privacy. Do not hesitate to say hello. We are here on property and can respond to your needs very quickly. Just reach out through the app, a text or a phone call. This is a basement apartment and we do live above you. We will respectively try our best to keep the kiddos tame and try to prevent the noise coming from above. If at anytime you feel bothered, please let us know. It is a basement, so typically runs cold both winter and summer. On school nights, it is quiet after 9:00 pm and on weekends or holidays it will be quiet after 10:30 pm. Guest access You will have our basement apartment all to yourself. There is a separate entry apartment. Follow the stone bath to the private entrance from the road. You can come and go as you please. Keyless entry for easy check-in, check-out. Contactless for your health and safety and no keys to exchange. Instructions on how to use the lock and your access code will be sent to you upon successfully booking. You can fit one vehicle in the back left side of the driveway. During winter months, you must park in the driveway due to plowing of streets. During summer please park on the street. A full private daylight basement awaits you. If you need special accommodations, just let us know and we will do what we can. Other things to note This is a wonderful place for skiers. We are just a few minutes off the freeway and 25 minutes to Snowbasin, Powder Mountain and Nordic Valley. We are 8 minutes from Weber State Campus, and 20 minutes from Lagoon.
