Charming, private self contained studio with super kingsize bed. Surrounded by nature with private garden, lovely views, 2 outside dining areas and summer house with electricity supply. Situated on a country lane 5 minutes from the town center and 5 minutes from hundreds of acres of woodland, country walks and cycling. 20 minutes by car to Kemble station. Bath 50 minutes. Good local amenities cafés, pubs, wine bar, supermarket. several National Trust properties nearby. Bristol 30 mins drive. The space Studio apartment is on a quiet country lane with little traffic. The lane is close to the 11th century church in Wotton Under Edge which is in the Cotswolds and is next to the Cotswold Way. Wotton is surrounded by beautiful tranquil valleys (eg. Ozleworth) and many footpaths/trails. There is a large forest/wood at the top of t he lane which is a favourite with all the intrepid mountain bikers. The studio is warm and cosy with under floor heating, a comfy, super king-size bed, a walk in shower and wood burning stove and small but well equipped kitchen. There are endless lovely country walks available directly from your front door. On longer trails you can incorporate into your day, a great community pub half way round, in the next village. The private garden is fully enclosed and dog friendly and has two Patio/decked areas with a great view and al fresco dining facilities including tables, chairs, parasols, outdoor lighting and a summer house, which has a grill/plancha in it. You can also sit in the summer house if it rains and continue to admire the view or dine in there. There is electricity in the summer house. There is a large trampoline in the garden, a garden sofa/seating and a fire pit for chillier nights. Wotton is well situated for many lovely days out to National Trust properties, wonderful market in Stroud and Nailsworth on Saturdays. South Wales only 30 minutes away, Bristol is 30 minutes and Bath is 40-50 mins. There is a good of choice for pubs and eateries either in Wotton or in the surrounding area (details and recommendations are in the guidebook on the app or in the studio). There is a cinema in Wotton and an outdoor pool in the summer months. Guest access Apartment is next to host's house but is separate with private access and private use of the garden with patios. There are steep steps up to the studio which are not suitable for anyone requiring wheelchair access. Parking is outside the studio, on a steepish ramp. Other things to note There is safe storage for bikes in the garage, remote control to be provided if needed. there is a steep set of stairs to the studio which may not be suitable.
