The entrance opens up to a work station that leads into a spacious and cozy bedroom with an ensuite bathroom featuring a shower. The living area features a table with chairs and a sofa. While the kitchen is not available, there is a dining corner with a fridge, kettle, coffee maker, microwave, and everything you need to have breakfast or take away. Guest access You will enjoy having this space all to yourself. The studio is completely separate from the main house and has its own private entrance. Additionally, you will have access to a private parking space and an EV charging point. You can easily charge your car while parking at the accommodation. Other things to note The rooms we designed for short-term lets have been enhanced over time with thoughtful details and amenities to ensure a simple and comfortable stay. All rooms or apartments allocated for short lets are ideal for couples, solo travelers, business travelers or friends. When your guests stay overnight, they become our guests. Please inform us if you invite extra guests to join you at our accommodation and the duration of their stay. An extra guest can be added for £10 via this platform. 2. Kindly notify us before your arrival if you require an early check-in or late check-out. While we may be able to accommodate early check-in or late check-out in some cases, this may incur an extra fee that we will request payment for via this platform OR direct payment to our account prior to our acceptance of your request. Fees for early check-in and late check-out: * Up to 1 hour vs listed check-in/check-out time: £5 * Up to 3 hours vs listed check-in/check-out time: £15 * 3 to 4 hours vs listed check-in/check-out time: £25 3. Please note that it is strictly prohibited to use the patio or any other area within or outside the property for BBQ purposes." 4.When the lodge is booked for three single guests, we provide the use of the double bed and the bunk bed. The sofa bed requires a specific request to be opened, as we usually prepare it ourselves with appropriate bedding. For the security and peace of mind of both hosts and guests, security cameras are installed in public areas such as the front door or driveway.
