Overlooking the beautiful Derbyshire countriside, sleeps 6-8 guests, Wood buring stove, and king size beds! You have the enite 18th Centrury Farm House to yourself! Stunning walking and cycling from the door, on the edge of the peak district, local butches, bakers and pubs! Plus local gin, whisky and rum! Off street parking available, sunny terrace and vegatable garden for your enjoyment! A perfect spot to explore the peaks, designed for families to make the most of the Derbyshire countryside. The space Traditional stone built farm house, including x2 living rooms, country kitchen and visable origional water well. one living room, is an open plan family room and the other 'snug' with wood burning stove (kids play room room coming summer 2023!). 3 bedrooms with king size and super king beds. one bedrrom has an ensuite, and 2 other double bedrooms (a twin bed can be made up for you if you wish). large family barthoom with roll top free standing bath, plus shower. the snug has a sofa bed to stretch 6 sleeping to 8 in total. Guest access Access is granted via a key safe at the back door. you have access to the enite house and gardens. with off street parking if you need it. We reccomend you dont park all the way down the drive to keep your garden view free of cars from the patio area but its upto you! Other things to note Walk or cycle to The 'loaf' bakery in Crich in the morining, offiering exellent coffee and baked goods, but you can also have fresh bread delivered to the house if you contanct them ahead of time, and Pizza pick up on wednesdays. the butches opposite will provide for your BBQ needs! Make use of the fire Pit late in the summer evenings, or just enjoy the views over the fields and countryside. In the Autumn we prepare our own Church Farm cider and perry! it is a small batch so get it while it lasts! (apple and pear juice avaible also!) We hope to open our own heated 'outdoor bath' in late Summer 2024 once we have installed the sustainabe heating system. with plans for a barrel sauna coming soon! We have essentials in the kitchen for when you arrive and there is a new indian resutant which rivals the country’s best known 'Curry houses', delivered to Chuch Farm!
