Please note that sleeper sofas are generally suitable for one adult or two children. If you plan to bring more than 12 guests, we recommend reviewing the sleeping arrangements with the host prior to booking. PARKING SPOTS ANS ADDITIONAL LOCATIONS - 2 spots in the driveway - additional vehicles can be parked along the street - vehicles are allowed in the gravel area in front of cabin Guest access You will be able to enjoy the entire cabin and it is exclusively yours Other things to note We provide starter supplies for our guests: 1 single use shampoo and bar of soap per bathroom, 1 sponge, 2 dishwasher tablets, 1 laundry detergent packet, 1 roll of paper towels, 1 small liquid dish soap, and 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom. 2 trash bags for kitchen trash cans, 1 trash bag per trash can located outside in the bear cage (total of 3 trash cans outside)All other cabin supplies will need to be provided by the guests i.e. charcoal, etc. - Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability and a $45 fee. Please contact us in advance to confirm. - ice maker : produces smaller amounts and may not be suitable for large groups. We advise bringing bagged ice. - Charcoal Park BBQ : guests to purchase their own lighter fluid, charcoal, food, etc. - food, beverages, spices, condiments, bagged ice are not provided. Guests are responsible for such items. - hottub - use at your own risk. If you have sensitivity to pool or hottub chemicals we advise that you do not use the hottub. - if you need a scheduled trash pick up there is a $55 fee. Otherwise you may bring excessive trash to the front of the communities large green trash bin. Seasonal Note: Ladybugs are common in the Smoky Mountains during certain times of the year. Despite regular cleaning and pest prevention, some may be present. This is normal for the area. Keeping doors and windows closed helps prevent entry. Hot Tub Information: For sanitation purposes, the hot tub may be drained, cleaned, and refilled between guest stays. In some cases, a departing guest may check out on the same day that a new guest arrives, requiring the hot tub to be freshly refilled shortly before check-in. Fresh fill water typically enters the tub at approximately 55–65°F and may require several hours to reach operating temperature. Hot tubs generally heat at a rate of approximately 2–4°F per hour, and heating time will vary based on outdoor temperatures and weather conditions. Guests arriving shortly after a refill may find the water below its final set temperature.
