Lake house Getaway/close to beach or theme parks

Enjoy a relaxing family getaway. Feed the ducks, catch some fish from shore or enjoy the Florida weather by relaxing on the outdoor patio watching the beautiful Florida sunset. Our house has 3 beautifully decorated rooms to highlight some of Central Florida’s favorite places. There is a Mickey Mouse room and a beach themed room. There is also a game room to make lots of lasting memories with your family. We are only 40 minutes to Daytona & New Smyrna Beach. 45 minutes to theme parks. The space The master bedroom overlooks the lake and has a king size bed and 50 inch smart TV. There is a bathroom attached to the master bedroom with a walk in shower. There is Mickey Mouse themed room with two twin beds and some toys for kids. The other guest room is beach themed and has a queen size bed with a 42 in smart tv. There is a 2nd bathroom with a tub/shower combo. The kitchen comes equipped with stove, dishwasher, fridge, microwave, Mickey Mouse toaster, air fryer, waffle iron, fry daddy, Keurig machine, dishes and pots and pans. There is a large game room in the garage with an air hockey table, large connect four, large Jenga, checkers table, DVD player, TV with Firestick and DVD’s. There is a screened in porch with table & chairs where you can relax and drink your coffee or eat family dinners while watching the sunset or watching your children feed the ducks and fish. There is fishing rods provided on the back porch. There is also a fire pit to make s’mores with your family. Perfect place to make lasting memories with your family. Guest access Guest have access to the whole house. There is a laundry room for guest to use and a game room in the garage. Other things to note The lake is a stocked pond with a fish feeder so it makes fishing fun for kids. There are fishing rods provided. It is catch and release so please let the fish go after you catch them.
