Casa - el Jardin Excellent Location/Amenities

We have three A/C units. Battery back up for power outages. Casa El Jardin is a 2 bedroom 1.5 bath home with a large private garden enclosed by a beautiful 12 foot bamboo hedge, with it's own private carport with automatic gate and fruit trees. Casa el Jardin is located in Bahia Ballena (Uvita), 1.5km from the entrance to the Marino Ballena National Park, home to the world famous Whale Tail and whale migration routes. 5 minute drive to all groceries and shopping 2 bikes and 2 surfboards The space We strive to provide a memorable, modern, very clean, spacious, private, and secure stay with all the amenities you are used to but don't want to travel with. This property is completely private - no other guests share the property. Casa el Jardin is Kid Friendly and within 5 minutes to all amenities in town. We have dishes, games, coloring books, markers, pencil crayons for younger children and a soccer ball, and beach chairs for kids and their parents. There are 2 battery back-up consoles for the TV, internet. The power does go out from time to time in Costa Rica, which makes this a really nice feature when you still want to have power and be able to work and/or access the internet during a power outage. This house has two private green spaces - one off the front deck and one off the front door. Two sets of sliding aluminum glass doors and windows bring loads of natural light, adding to the open air feeling. The large, open, and fully equipped kitchen, designed with the intention of being enjoyed, features teak cabinets, granite countertops, and seating for 4 at the breakfast bar. Plus a beautiful custom wooden dining table that seats 6 people. The spacious living room features a large L-shaped sofa, wood coffee table and TV cabinet with 56" TV with high-speed fiber optic WIFI internet. The master bedroom has a queen bed with pillow-top mattress, dedicated workspace, large wardrobe and two and sliding glass doors that open to the front deck. There is a second Smart TV in the master bedroom. There are two hammocks on the front deck. The 2nd bedroom has two single beds with pillow-top mattresses, a large wardrobe and a teak wall-mounted shelf. The spa-inspired bathroom is spacious and has stone wall shower with raindrop shower head. The laundry room has a full-sized washer and dryer with utility sink and additional 1/2 bath. There is a carport for 2 full-size vehicles, with a fully automated privacy gate with remote, foot washing station, for after a long day at the beach, and custom outdoor shower. Save the hassle and cost of renting bikes and surfboard and use ours - included in your rental price. The bikes are a great way to go to the beach or tour the town. In 2023 we established a micro fruit garden. We have following fruits growing on our property for our guests to pick and enjoy - lemon and lime. Please let us know if you have any questions. Local farmers market every Wednesday and Saturday known as El Mercado de Bahia Ballena. Stove uses propane fuel which is common in the area.
