The beautiful log mansion is located in Ii along the Iijoki river. Only one kilometer from the four-lane highway, and about 30 km from Oulu. The completely renovated log mansion has eight unique rooms, a large atmospheric log cabin that serves as a dining and living area, a kitchen and sauna facilities. There are many things to do in the yard regardless of the season and there are diverse outdoor trails nearby. The mansion has beds for up to 22 people. The space The mansion has six double rooms and two spacious family rooms. Each room has beds, a desk, private toilet facilities, smart TVs, and Wi-Fi. There are a total of 16+4 beds. The price includes linen and towels for 16 people. In the public areas, there is an old large log cabin as a restaurant/lounge, a professional kitchen, as well as atmospheric sauna and shower facilities. The large log cabin can accommodate 30 people for celebrations, meetings and evenings. The cabin has a 60-inch TV, a white screen, a video projector, and the entire property is covered by fiber optic internet. The professional kitchen is equipped with a convection oven, dishwasher and ceramic stove. The sauna and shower facilities are on the first floor. There's a dock in the backyard where you can go swimming or even paddle boarding. (SUP boards can be rented separately). In Ii, you can experience diverse nature. In particular, the Iijoki Estuary and the shores of the Bothnian Sea are an experience worth seeing. There are several nature and hiking destinations in Ii, all located by the waters. We can also arrange program packages for both groups and individual visitors. Reindeer farm visits, husky safaris, northern lights excursions and more are available through us. We are happy to help with all practical arrangements. We are located in Ii, close to nature, but easily accessible. The journey to Oulu Airport takes 40 minutes, and to Rovaniemi Airport just over 2 hours.
