The beautiful log mansion is located on the Ii River. Just a kilometer from Route 4, and about 30km from Oulu. The fully renovated log mansion has eight unique rooms, a large atmospheric log post that serves as a dining and lounge area, a kitchen, and sauna facilities. There are many things to do in the courtyard regardless of the season and versatile outdoor routes are next door. The manor house has beds for up to 22 people. The space The estate has six double rooms and two spacious family rooms. Each room has beds, a desk, its own toilets, smart TVs, and wifi. Sleeps 16+4 in total. The price includes bed linen and towels for 16 people. Common areas have access to an old large log post as a restaurant/lounge, a professional kitchen, and atmospheric sauna and shower facilities. The large log post can accommodate 30 people to celebrate, meet, and spend the evening. The cabin has a 60-inch TV, a white screen, a video projector, and fiber optic internet covering the entire property. The chef's kitchen is equipped with a convection oven, a dishwasher, and a ceramic stove. The sauna and shower facilities are on the first floor. There is a dock in the backyard for swimming or even sup boarding. (Sup boards can be rented separately). In Iki, you can experience diverse nature. In particular, the Iijoki delta and the beaches of the Bothnian Sea are a must-see experience. Ii has several nature and hiking destinations, all located by the waterways. We can also arrange program packages for groups and individual visitors. Reindeer farm visits, husky safaris, aurora tours, and more are available through us. We are happy to help with any practical arrangements. We are located in Ii, close to nature, but easily accessible. The journey to Oulu Airport takes 40 minutes, and to Rovaniemi Airport just over 2 hours.
