Centrally located. The space Our spacious home is centrally located, only minutes from the world-famous Las Vegas Strip, the perfect place for an amazing getaway with family and friends. We tried to create a clean space, where our guests will feel comfortable and entertained. -Relax and enjoy in the backyard that comes with pool and spa, covered patio with outdoor dining set, pool chairs and BBQ grill. **Spa heating is by request and must be requested 24 hours prior your arrival. ***Spa heating has a charge of $50 per day NOTE: Fees are per day and must be paid for the entire duration of the reservation. **Keep in mind that due the current outside temperature and the water level of the spa, it may take a while to reach the desired temperature. The complete access to the house is included in this rental. Up to 3 parking spots in the driveway . Please Make yourself at home. THIS HOME FEATURES: - Keyless entry (no key to carry around) -Fully equipped kitchen, with all the appliances, pots and pans, dishes, glasses. Coffee maker and blender are also available. -Smart tv and pool table on game room -High-speed internet -Laundry Room with washer and dryer and laundry detergent -Work space available BEDROOMS : Queen size beds ,Twin size beds , Smart Tvs on each room , large closets, BATHROOM: Bath towels, hand towels, and wash cloths, shampoo, conditioner and body wash provided for your convenience. *Cool features on this house are the rolling shutters that provides a 100% light- blackout for a good sleep after a party night. We ask that you and your guests please treat the space with respect as well as our neighbors. Quiet hours are 10pm -8am. *** ABSOLUTELY NO EVENTS AND PARTIES ALLOWES. ANY GATHERING MUST BE LIMITED TO NO MORE THAN THE MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY ALLOWED AT THIS PROPERTY AT ANY TIME- NO EXCEPTIONS. *** *** NO SMOKING OR VAPING INSIDE THE HOUSE tobacco, cigarettes or marijuana or an additional fee of $1,000 will be charged.**** Other things to note Note: -For your security, safety and quiet enjoyment, there is camara surveillance in the front , right side of the house , left side of the house and back yard with noise monitoring devices. This is a city requirement. -Like with every house , regular maintenance is required,for this reason you may see a landscaper or a pool guy around the house sometimes. -Please keep in mind our pool/spa is outdoors, this means it is exposed to the elements, such leaves falling in, debris blown in by the wind, rain, algae formation, etc. -The garage is not included. -The house also has a small apartment attached to it for 1 person completely independent, sometimes occupied by friends, family or other guests, so at some point you may hear common sounds.
