A 170’ steel and concrete pedestrian bridge takes you from the main property to the private island. The island features its own pier, floating dock, stairs for water access, boathouse with refrigerator. The entire property was completely renovated in Spring of 2023. Everything from the appliances to the light switches are new in this home, top to bottom, ceiling to floor. The space Master Bedroom has a queen bed and private bathroom Both hallway bedrooms have queen beds and a shared hall bath The bunk room has two queen beds and two twin beds and has its own bath There is a pull out trundle in the living room that contains two twins Guest access The island is owned by us and rented by you. The homeowner next door (right next to the pedestrian pier) rents his home as well. The renters there have in the past have assumed that it belongs to that property, and it does not.
