The space Enter through a keypad-accessed side entrance, navigating a gate to the backyard. Descend a 1/2 flight of stairs to access a cozy living space featuring: Infrared Sauna: fits 2 people Living Room: 50” TV + leather sectional couch Kitchenette: Microwave, fridge & freezer, K-cup coffee machine Bedroom 1: Queen size bed & double dresser Bedroom 2: Queen size bed & small office space Bathroom: Walk in shower High Speed WIFI Please note that I reside upstairs and while the door to the upstairs area is locked, I am readily available if assistance is needed. For any considerations regarding the bean bag chair as a potential third bed, kindly discuss it with me in advance to ensure I provide the necessary extra sheets. Your comfort and convenience are my top priorities! Guest access Full access to basement. Access to washer/dryer, if needed, and is part of shared space. Backyard may be shared also as I have a dog. Street parking in front of house. Other things to note I allow pets ONLY with prior approval. Message me directly before booking for pet approval. Please bring a pet crate to use if you plan on being out of the unit and leaving your pet behind. Dog sitting may be available. An additional pet cleaning fee will apply if needed.
