This suite has a kitchenette equipped with a microwave, w/d, fridge (no freezer) and small appliances to meet your needs. The living room is furnished with a 50” tv and a mid-century style sofa that folds into a bed right next to a stylish bar height table with stools. The bedroom has access to its own enclosed patio area and en suite bathroom with a shower (no tub). Only 25 minutes away from Temecula wineries, outlets in Lake Elsinore and the nearest shopping center is just 5 minutes away. The space Upon entry, you’ll notice the kitchenette to your left equipped with a microwave, mini fridge and small appliances to meet your needs. To your right is where you’ll want to be to catch a flick, get some work done in your laptop or enjoy a meal. The living room is furnished with a 50” tv and a navy velvet mid-century style sofa that folds into a bed right next to a stylish bar height table with stools. Provided is a c-table and coffee table for your convenience. Towards the end of the hallway, past the washer and dryer, you will find the bedroom that has access to its own enclosed patio area and bathroom with a shower. In this room, you’ll find a cozy queen size bed and an echo speaker placed on the side table for your optional use. A dresser is located in the bedroom closet along with hangers and extra linens/blankets. Guest access This is an attached private suite but will have no access to the main house. Has private entrance and enclosed patio. Other things to note Noise Disclaimer: Please note that this is a family home with a young toddler, so you may occasionally hear activity, especially as the kitchen and living room are close to the guest suite. There is also a bedroom directly above the space. While we do our best to be mindful, some household sounds may be noticeable. Additionally, depending on the time and volume, you may hear cars or motorcycles passing. Temperature Note: The thermostat is located in the main part of the house. Please don’t hesitate to let us know if you have a temperature preference—we’re happy to adjust it for you at any time to ensure your comfort. There are two plug-in fans for your convenience as well as the ceiling fan in the livingroom. ALL COMMUNICATION WILL BE THROUGH THE AIRBNB APP UNLESS ITS AN EMERGENCY, PHONE NUMBERS WILL BE POSTED IN THE UNIT FOR THOSE INSTANCES.
