Charming Phantom Lake Cottage

Come relax at our cottage located directly on Phantom Lake and not a channel. This 2 bedroom, 2 bath, plus sleeping loft area home is comfortably furnished and a perfect space to enjoy all lake life offers year round. Free public boat launch located nearby with our private pier/dock and anchored swim raft available for use on a seasonal basis along with multiple kayaks and paddle boat on site. Attached composite deck and crushed stone fire pit area are perfect spots to enjoy the outdoors. The space Living Area: The main living area includes a partially vaulted ceiling giving the room a spacious feel as you gaze out at the beautiful view of the lake. A sectional couch and chairs offer plenty of seating while watching a 55” smart TV. A cozy wood burning stove is available for use. The gourmet kitchen is equipped for your meal prep needs including: spices, condiments, cooking pots and pans, crockpot, utensils, toaster, blender and Keurig coffee maker along with coffee pods. Games are stored in the media console for a night of fun or in the chance inclement weather keeps you indoors. Laundry is located on the first floor in the utility hallway. There are two bedrooms on the main floor plus a loft living space on the second level with both a pull out queen sleeper sofa and twin size sleeper, and a full bathroom with clawfoot tub/shower. Each sleeping area is furnished with high quality mattresses, sheets, blankets and pillows. The primary bedroom has a charming wrought iron queen size bed. A large closet and dresser are available to store your belongings. The second bedroom has a double bunk with roll out trundle bed, providing 3 twin sized beds and a dresser. A full bathroom with tub/shower is also located on the first floor. Pontoon Rental: Available through a third party vendor. Please advise and I will forward the contact information. Guest access Guests have access to the entire home, outdoor spaces, storage shed, kayaks (4), paddle boat, all floats and life jackets. Other things to note This charming lake cottage is located in close proximity to major area attractions with easy access to highways. 15 minutes from Alpine Valley Ski Resort/Music Theatre, 25 minutes from the Milwaukee County Zoo and American Family Field (Brewers), 30 minutes from Downtown Milwaukee (Summerfest), 30 minutes to Fiserv Forum (Bucks), 30 minutes to Mitchell International Airport, 30 minutes to Franklin Rock Sports Complex and Snowpark, and 30 minutes from Lake Geneva. The nearby quaint villages of Mukwonago and East Troy have an abundance of festivals and activities as well as plenty of shopping and restaurants to choose from. This all season house is great for water sport lovers, regular and ice fishing enthusiasts, couples, families, business travelers or small groups. You understand there are potential dangers that swimming, and the use of kayaks, other flotation devices, or watercraft may present to children who are not carefully supervised, as well as the danger to any person swimming, or using the kayaks, other flotation devices, or watercraft if a person has health risks, or if a person swims, or uses the kayaks, other flotation devices, or watercraft while intoxicated or using any kind of drugs or medication, or while pregnant. You agree to be fully and solely responsible for any accidents you may incur. You understand the risks discussed above and agree that you will assume all responsibility for yourself and for the consequences of those in your party.
