In the apartment there is a washer/dryer. The use of the washer and/or dryer is subject to a charge. A wash costs €2.50, including Use of the dryer costs €5.00. The property is equipped with the latest SmartHome technology. This means that in the accommodation, for example, various sensors for controlling the various devices (fire detectors, water detectors, heating, alarm system, washing machine, TV, door lock, Wi-Fi, etc.) are located in the accommodation. These devices may give the landlord an alarm via the Internet if there are any irregularities. Ultimately, they serve exclusively the living comfort and safety of the guests. Also, nowadays various household appliances are networked online and report their status. In the apartment there is free WiFi, which cannot be deactivated.
