The Loft at Burgess

There's lots to see and do in Cookeville, TN and The Loft at Burgess is close to all of it. Just a few miles from I-40, "Restaurant Row" with just about anything you want to eat, Shopping, Burgess Falls State Park, Window Cliffs, Cream City Ice Cream, Ralphs Donuts, Dogwood Park, Cane Creek Park, Center Hill Lake, CrossFit Mayhem, Cookeville Boat Dock....and the list goes on. The space The Loft is a 2 bedroom, 1 Bath newly constructed space furnished with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Full kitchen, coffee bar, kitchenware, granite countertops and stainless appliances. Bedding, towels and washcloths are provided. One bedroom has a queen sized bed, the other bedroom has 2 twin beds. Guest access The Loft is on the second level of a 2 story building above an office space. The Loft is a separate space with no access from the downstairs office. Guest will have a private access(keypad) through the door to the left and up the stairs. Other things to note Check-In & Check-Out Check-in: 4:00 PM Check-out: 10:00 AM Please plan your arrival and departure around these times so our cleaning team has adequate time to prepare the condo for each guest. Early Check-In / Late Check-Out: When our schedule allows, we are happy to offer early check-in or late check-out for a $50 fee. Availability depends on other reservations and our cleaning schedule and cannot be guaranteed. Early check-in or late check-out must be requested and approved in advance, and the $50 fee must be paid prior to the approved early check-in or late check-out time. Please do not arrive early or remain past check-out unless prior arrangements have been confirmed.
