Dog friendly! 3000 sq ft house located on 3.5 acres at your disposal! Enjoy peace and quiet provided by five bedrooms with friends and family. Outdoors you will find picnic tables and a BBQ for those large feasts. Host your firepit to sit around and tell all those ghost stories and bad dad jokes while staring at the satellite and star-filled sky! Located 1.5 miles outside Alex Bay and the St Lawrence River, you can't find a better spot. The space New for 2026: We added a 3rd shower, in the 2nd floor bathroom. A fitness/exercise area was added, see photos for details. And the pool has a brand new liner! We think all these changes will add value to your stay! Five bedrooms. Four king beds, and one set of children's bunk beds. The four king rooms also have TVs in them. For additional sleeping there are three futons, a pullout couch and a queen bed. Two dining areas. One an 8-setting dark wood dining table, and the other a light airy breakfast nook with coffee bar. Two living rooms. 65" TVs in each and lots of lounge areas. Guest access You have access to the entire house except for the garage and shop areas which are closed off to guests. There are no other guests at the property and you have exclusive use to the house, grounds and amenities.
