Private Basement Unit in West Omaha

Unwind and relax in our contemporary and spacious basement unit located in the suburbs of Omaha. The home is located in the Grove neighborhood, which is very safe and has a park, splash pad, and walking paths. The neighborhood is minutes from Village Pointe shopping area, twenty minutes from Old Market and the downtown area, and half an hour from the airport. The space This unit has a private entrance and is fully furnished. The unit consists of one large bedroom, a kitchenette (gas stove, refrigerator, sink, cabinets, coffee maker, and microwave) and a full bathroom. We are a professional couple with much more space than we need; we are childless, but do have two dogs that we definitely treat like our children. Typically, it is quiet at home with the exception of an occasional bark and pitter-patter of puppy paws. Other things to note The basement does not have separate HVAC controls. Temperatures do run cooler in the basement. A space heater will be available to guests. Access to the private entrance require guests to walk on the side of the home (on the grass) to get to the backyard. Not wheelchair accessible. Host occupies first floor of the home. The home is monitored by video surveillance.
