Centrally located just 150 yards from the beach access , Holden Beach Pier, general store (only one on the island) and ice cream shop. Whether you’re looking to enjoy your day at the beach or bringing your boat to enjoy the waterway, we have you covered. Our pet friendly home offers everything from a floating boat dock, screened in back porch, hammocks, ping pong table, hot tub and more!! Set a crab trap on the dock and relax in the hammock hangout by the mature palm trees or sun bathe on the sun deck. A hot tub is available any season (fee of $150 required and waiver), inquire within. Looking to explore the island? Ask about our bikes (2) & kayaks (2) available for use (waiver must be agreed to located in house manual). Our well equipped kitchen makes cooking meals convenient. Pots/pans, utensils, blender, steel wok, iron skillet, ice-cream maker, spices and more are available for your convenience. Clean up is simple with our farmhouse sink, dishwasher, cleaning supplies and vacuum. Take advantage of our newly remodeled covered porch equipped with a full size table and seating for everyone as you overlook the calm waterway in your backyard. After a day at the beach, head downstairs to enjoy family game night in our Tiki Lounge (enclosed garage). Play ping pong while streaming music or your fav TV show. We provide plenty of board games as well. Pets (3 maximum) are welcome with a pet fee of $150.00 that covers the first (2) pets. $150.00 fee is required for an extra pet. Guest access Guests will have full access to the home, dock & hot tub ( $150 fee required/waiver). Please note that the boat lift is reserved for owner use only and is not available during your stay. You’re welcome to BYOB (bring your own boat) or rent a boat or jet skis from a nearby marina. If you’re bringing a boat, please contact the host in advance to ensure compatibility (up to a 35’ boat) with the dock setup. New for 2025 is a Jet Ski ramp. Bring/rent a jet ski and park at your private ramp. Other things to note * Record Player was added recently so bring your favorite vinyl or plug in your phone to share tunes with the family * White Noise Sound Machine with Soothing Sounds and light colors for relaxing, yoga or a fancy Night Light! * Guests are required to make all beds with fresh linens that will be available. *USB lamps on every nightstand bedside so don’t forget to charge up at night so you won’t miss the sunrise pictures on the beach * In addition to ping-pong, we have several activities games for the family like cornhole, Jenga and more. * New Kitchen Amenities: ice cream maker for a fun treat with the kids, milk frother for cappuccinos and lattes, juicer and a ninja blender for the perfect smoothie, a steel wok if you like to cook. and of course a waffle maker for the kiddos. * Bar Tools to make that perfect old fashioned or a margarita to sip at sunset * Upgraded board games: both new trendy games + a few vintage old school classics to teach the young ones. * IG @ beachnestrentals
