It comprises an open plan living/dining/kitchen, a double bedroom with dressing area and a contemporary bathroom with walk-in shower. Wardrobe space with dressing table/hairdryer/mirror. The kitchen is fitted with a Neff induction hob, oven and separate microwave. There is a Kitchen Aid Kettle and Toaster with a Nespreso machine for that all important morning coffee. The kitchen also has a mid size fridge with ice box. Freezer access can be arranged. The property offers a washing machine with outdoor & indoor drying facilities. Train service available from nearby Leven to Edinburgh. Guest access Guests have the sole use of the apartment, allocated garden and parking area. There are 4 steps to access the apartment from the outside, but no steps inside. Additional seating area with bench and river/harbour views. There are three steps in the garden space.
