The home is nestled in a quiet neighborhood and yet only 1 mile from the interstate - conveniently located, a drive anywhere isn't far. Bring your crew to town to experience a day at the horse track, a bourbon tour, or a Kentucky family getaway! The space - 3BR w/ King sized beds, 2BA (relatively small) - Additional sleeping area downstairs, Double sized bed, Private room - Fully stocked kitchen - Large dining table, seats 10 - Two large living spaces, one on the main floor, one in the basement - Large HD projector w/ surround sound - Cozy sitting area on main floor - Fully fenced, private, backyard w/ pergola + seating Guest access The whole house is yours. There is ample parking in the driveway and out back in the courtyard. We do ask that you avoid parking on the street out of respect for our neighbors. This is a quiet, quaint neighborhood that is loved and enjoyed by its residents. Please be respectful of them. Thursday is trash day. There will be someone by momentarily Thursday morning around 8am to pull them to the curb. We will do our best to communicate this with you prior.
