Modern house by the lake (sauna and hot tub)

Relax and enjoy the lake view in a new detached house in the middle of nature, but only 15 minutes from the center of Lahti. The view changes with the seasons. You can bask in the sun on the terrace, admire the starry sky in the hot tub on the terrace, or enjoy your morning coffee in the pergola in the yard. Also, a view of the lake from the sauna. In summer, there are two SUP boards available, in winter you can ski/skate on the ice if the weather permits. No parties allowed. The space Downstairs is a living room with a well-equipped open kitchen. Downstairs there is also a sauna, a bathroom and 2 toilets, as well as a utility room. Upstairs, there are bedrooms and a toilet with a shower. Bedroom 1: 180cm motorized double bed, access to the balcony. Bedroom 2: 120cm bed. Bedroom 3: 120cm bed. Bedroom 4: 90cm bed. On the terrace, there is a Novitek ready-to-use hot tub for 5-6 people, water 37-38 degrees. Other things to note The house is sometimes visited by a cat. Not for cat allergies.
