The Vale House Lodges Findon

The Vale House is a quiet converted stable courtyard and offers 5 flexible & stylish lodges which can be booked for exclusive hire. The lodges are nestled behind our home. We offer comfy beds, professionally laundered bedding, free wifi, private bathrooms, flat screen tvs and hospitality trays in most each rooms. Plus with full venue hire you have access to the back garden area with a large picnic table. This can be used up until our quiet time of 9pm-8am then we ask you move inside the lodge. The space These boutique lodges are set in a converted stable yard. Although the buildings date back as far as 1895, the rooms have been recently created and contain everything you'll need for a pleasant stay including flat screen tv, wifi and tea and coffee making facilities in most lodges. Oak Tree Tower's stable door will take you into our only duplex lodge with a king-sized master bedroom on the first floor, with king-sized sleigh bed, views across to Cissbury Ring, area for hanging clothes and dressing table with large mirror and chair & high hooks for those special dresses. There is a kitchenette on the ground floor with kettle, cups plates etc and there is a table & church pew for comfortable dining and a two seater sofa. You also have your own private bathroom with shower on the ground floor. Maple Lodge boasts two bright and airy bedrooms with vaulted ceilings and traditional painted beams. Bedroom one has a comfortable double bed with hospitality tray, bathroom with shower to the rear and seating area at the window with bar stools to enjoy a hot drink. Bedroom two is a spacious twin with a dressing table, large mirror and mini pine wardrobe. Pine Lodge and Holly Lodge boasts a bright and airy bedroom with vaulted ceilings and traditional painted beams. There is a comfortable double bed with a dressing table area, large mirror, hospitality tray, area for hanging clothes, bathroom with shower to the rear and seating area at the window with bar stools to enjoy a hot drink. Chestnut Lodge features its own large communal area which boasts full kitchen facilities, dining table and chairs of which can accommodate all guests that are staying at the Lodges. There is a bright and airy double bedroom with a four poster bed, dressing table area, large mirror and area for hanging clothes. Plus a bathroom with shower. NB: All are located behind our family home. Guest access Guests have exclusive access to The Vale Lodges. Only guests that are staying at The Vale House can use the facilities we provide. We only allow 12 guests in total over the 2 or more nights. Guests must not be exchanged from night to night. We do not offer a 1 night stay (we are not a hotel) Weddings: Bride and Grooms and Bridal parties are able to get ready at The Vale House but only if you are staying with us. We are not a wedding venue/hotel for all of the bridal party to get ready here. Your wedding venue should have a space for this. If you want to be loud then this is not the place for you, please book somewhere else. If you don't want to follow the rules, then please book somewhere else. Other things to note The main house is our family home so we will be on site. The accommodation is to the back of The Vale House. Although there is some external lighting we advise you bring a torch if you are planning on visiting the local village and pubs of an evening. Please resect the quite times between 9pm and 8am NO NOISE after 9pm We have 1 car space per lodge please do not allow multiple cars to park any extra cars will be asked to move. We are NOT a party venue, we do not allow large drink gatherings and guests not staying with us cannot come and join you. Only guests that are booked and staying at The Vale House can use the facilities that we offer any guests NOT staying with us will be asked to leave. We expect the same guests to stay over the duration of the booking (no exchanging of guests) We are not a hotel and do not offer 1 night stays. Weddings: Bride and Grooms and Bridal parties are able to get ready at The Vale House but only if you are staying with us. We are not a wedding venue/hotel for all of the bridal party to get ready here. Your wedding venue should have a space for this.
