The Collinauds Windmill

In the heart of the Cognac vineyards and close to a village of character, we propose you to taste the rustic charm of an old restored mill on the banks of the small river Le Collinaud. It has an enclosed and shaded garden as well as a large field for outdoor games. The swimming pool located nearby is to be shared with the vacationers of the 4-person gîte and the guest rooms located on the Domaine des Collinauds. The space First floor: - a living room of 80 m² where is still the oil millstone, a fireplace, a Babyfoot, - a fitted kitchen, - a WC, - a linen room, - the bedroom 1 with a bed of 140 and its shower-room/WC. First floor : - the bedroom 2 with a bed of 140 and 3 beds of 90 with shower-room and WC, - bedroom 3 with 1 bed of 140 and 2 beds of 90 with shower-room and WC. Private closed ground with terrace, picnic tables, small slide. Beds made on arrival, bathroom and kitchen linen provided. Baby equipment : 2 cots, 1 high chair, 1 bathtub, 1 changing mat.
