Welcome to our little cabin in the woods! It is our "happy place" and we know you will you love it as much as we do! You will definitely be able to relax and unwind in the peace and quiet. Our little cabin in the woods is nestled on 3 acres in a secluded wooded setting within the Innsbrook Resort Community. This 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom home sleeps 8 and offers everything from hiking, canoeing, swimming, or lounging around the firepit. We completely remodeled the 1200+ sq ft of this cozy, little retreat. Our charming cabin is very private, comfortable and though cozy in size, sleeps a small crowd. The main floor features a master bedroom with king size bed, a sofa bed in the main living area and a full bath. The second floor has a loft area with a full bed, bean bag that lays out into a queen pallet for the floor and lots of games....this room is perfect for the kids pr another couple. Also, upstairs small second room with a queen bed. We have a kitchen, dining room & family room with a smart TV & woodburning stove all on the main floor. The outdoor area has a large deck with table/umbrella, charcoal grill,  firepit with seating and kayak (you will need to haul to lake).  WINTER ---> NOV-MAR: 4 -wheel drive car is recommended. In heavy snow, the cabin is deep in the woods & services would not be able to plow you out immediately. NO PARTIES. We have a 8 person occupancy. This includes holidays. You will find everything you need to relax. Features include a full kitchen, a large deck for hanging out and relaxing, and a large outdoor fire pit as well. Overlooking many private acres and creeks, you’ll definitely feel you are one with nature after a stay here. For rainy days and quiet evenings, indoors we have plenty of board games, puzzles, and a Roku t.v. with movie options that will make for a great time with family and friends. If you do have the desire to stay connected, we have Wifi and streaming channels. We welcome dogs upon request for an additional $50/one time fee. Maximum 2 pets. Please message me when you book if you are bringing a dog so I can adjust your price. Guest access Our guest have access to all the amenities that Innsbrook has to offer: -Very affordable 18-hole golf course ($) -Charrette Creek Commons recreational complex featuring a pool, lazy river, fitness center, playground and outdoor amphitheater for free concerts during season (Memorial Day weekend-Labor Day weekend) -Nature Hiking Trails (free) -Tennis Courts/Pickleball Courts (free) -Beaches & Swim Docks (free) -Horseback riding ($) -Clubhouse Restaurant & Bar ($) -Country Market during season ($) -Library (free) - Fishing (free) Guests will have access to entire cabin, as well as the community pool (open only during summer months), fitness area, golf course and restaurant Winter-specific: (1) The fireplace is not available for rentals. (2) You must have an AWD drive car for winter bookings. The gravel roads and hills are tricky in the winter and we have no way to help if you get stuck. This cabin is connected to a septic system. To ensure proper functioning all food particles must be properly disposed of in the waste bins, only toilet paper should be placed in the toilet and the 10 person maximum capacity should be respected. Failure to comply with these guidelines could result in septic system failure and costly repairs. Additional security features include access to 24/7 Innsbrook Resort security and a security video monitoring system.
