This is a furnished NEW semi-detached house with over 150 m² of living space, rented out under a room rental agreement similar to a hotel operation. All 3 rooms can be rented for full house use. This allows for both room rental and entire property rental, impacting the cleaning service for shared areas. Enjoy a comfortable stay with the flexibility to use the space as you prefer. The space The accommodation is fully furnished. Since it is a first-time setup for leasing, it is possible that some items may be missing. If something is missing, just ask, get approval, purchase it, and leave it in the house. You will be refunded for it. The house is either rented out as individual rooms or as a whole. This must be clarified before booking. Guest access Guests receive a chip and can access the property through the garage. The rented rooms should be locked by the tenants if not all bedrooms are rented. Common areas such as bathrooms, kitchen, living room, and hallway are and remain accessible to everyone. Other things to note This is a Non-Smoking House As this house may be rented out long-term in the future, we kindly ask that you respect this policy. You are welcome to smoke outside the house, as long as any remnants are disposed of properly. Notice Regarding Mandatory Repairs and Necessary Maintenance Please be aware that, for the safety and upkeep of the property, occasional urgent work by contractors or as required by authorities may take place. This includes chimney sweeping and maintenance measures that must be carried out according to legal and necessary regulations. These actions cannot be freely rescheduled for legal reasons and therefore may take priority, even if they occur during your stay. We would like to clarify that these actions are not grounds for a refund, as they are necessary and legally mandated.
