Natterjack | Winterton Cottages

Located on a small development of five barn conversions, Natterjack is a modern two bedroom barn conversion which would suit either a family or a couple. With the beach only a 5-10 minute walk, Natterjack is the perfect cottage for a relaxing stay by the sea. There is allocated parking for one vehicle. Natterjack sleeps four over two bedrooms and has one bathroom. There is free wifi throughout and three dogs are welcome free of charge. The space Natterjack is one of five modern barn conversions situated down a quiet loke in the centre of Winterton-on-Sea. The front door leads into an open plan living area with comfortable seating and dining for up to four guests. There's a TV, and the well equipped kitchen includes a hob, cooker, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washer/drier. In the main bedroom there's a king size bed, and the second bedroom has two 3' single beds. In the bathroom, there's a shower over the bath, wash basin and WC. The cottage has central heating throughout. Outside there's an enclosed garden at the front of the cottage with a lawn, and patio furniture for guests. There is free wifi, and off road parking for one car, with additional on road parking nearby in the village. Up to two large or 3 small/medium dogs are welcome at Natterjack - the beach is only 5-10 minutes walk away and is dog friendly all year round. Guest access Guests have exclusive use of the property.
