The space The home has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and comfortably sleeps 6 people. There are several nice hang-out areas including a comfortable living room, large screened-in porch, attached deck, and spacious backyard to take advantage of the outdoors. Both TVs have Chromecast so you can easily stream your favorite shows - or check out the selection of board games if you’re looking for a more analog experience. The kitchen has a large refrigerator and everything you need to whip up a hearty family meal. A gas grill is also available so you can fire up some of your summertime favorites. This neighborhood has everything you could want for your family: sandy beach access (complete with Adirondack chairs and toys for the kids), child-friendly playground, basketball and tennis courts, and so much more. Your rental even includes access to our two kayaks to explore Lake Champlain and nearby Crab Island. What’s around: The house is ideally located for all of your Upstate adventures. Downtown Plattsburgh is 3 miles away, Burlington is 35 miles away, Lake Placid is 45 miles away, and Montreal is 65 miles away. For the avid hiker, biker, or trail runner, we are a short drive to endless hiking trails for all ability levels. Feeling more adventurous?
