New, spacious family cottage with Ski in/ski out

Bring big family/friends for good days in a great cabin! Quick access to downhill slopes and cross-country skiing tracks, or golf course, bike trails and mountain hiking in summer. Nesfjellet Alpinsenter is a complete ski resort for young and old. The new 8-seater chair lift will take you comfortably and quickly to the top. The resort has a separate area for children and a park with jumping and rail elements. The cabin has all facilities and high standard. The kitchen has dining for 12. Both kitchen and living room overlook the mountain pastures. The space Wake up to a good cup of coffee while enjoying the sunrise bathing the Hemsedals mountains in the red archipelago in the distance. In the kitchen there is plenty of seating for 12 people around the dining table. The kitchen otherwise has most of the modern equipment. The fireplace has 180 degrees of transparency, so the flames can be seen both from the kitchen and from the living room. TV has used AppleTV, sound board and otherwise there is Sonos sound system in all living areas on the 1st floor. Otherwise there are 2 bathrooms with shower, 1 laundry room, 2 bedrooms and a technical room on the 1st floor. If you move up to the second floor, you will find 3 bedrooms. The family room has a double bed, a 120cm wide bed and a sofa. Another 1 bedroom on the 2nd floor has a large double bed and a single bed. The 3rd bedroom upstairs is a small bedroom with a 120cm wide bed. In addition, there is a small living room upstairs with a sofa and a TV where children can stream movies via AppleTV that is connected to TV. Out in the parking lot, just buckle up your skis and slide out into the alpine slope. If you want to go cross country skiing, it is about 100 meters to walk to great cross country trails that take you to the nearby mountains. At summer time there is great nature, bike paths and mountain lakes closest right outside the cabin. At the bottom of the downhill slope you will find a great 9-hole golf course and golf lounge with easy seating. If you want to experience wildlife, it is less than a half hour drive to Langedrag, and about 45 minutes to Bjørneparken in Flå. Guest access This is a private cabin used by a big family. It means we have a stall where we keep personal items. This is under the stairs and is normally locked. In addition, it is expected that any food, toilet rolls and other consumables to be obtained from the tenant and that what is found in the cabin is respected as private. Of course, spices etc. are for free use. Other things to note There is a rental binder with instructions for use, explanations, network setup, etc. There are cars installed outside, but this can only be used upon agreement. Electricity consumption for this must be covered by the tenant. The electricity consumption is expected to be about 50kW per day. Electricity consumption in addition to this must be covered by the tenant.
