New, spacious family cottage with Ski in/ski out

Bring your extended family/friends for a great time in a great cabin! Quick access to downhill and cross-country ski slopes, or golf course, bike trails and mountain tours in summer. Nesfjellet Alpine Center is a complete ski resort for young and old. New 8-seater chairlift takes you comfortably and quickly to the top. The facility has its own area for children, and a park with jump and rail elements. The cabin has all amenities and high standard. The kitchen has a dining area for 12. Both the kitchen and the living room overlook the mountain landscape. The space Wake up to a good cup of coffee while enjoying the sunrise that bathes the Hemsedal mountains in reddish light in the distance. In the kitchen there is a good seating area for 12 people around the dining table. The kitchen has most of the modern equipment. The fireplace has 180 degrees of view, so the flames can be seen both from the kitchen and from the living room. TV has AppleTV, soundboard and otherwise there is Sonos sound system in all living rooms on the 1st floor. Otherwise, there are 2 bathrooms with shower, 1 laundry room, 2 bedrooms and a technical room on the 1st floor. If you move up to the 2nd floor, you will find 3 bedrooms. The family room has a double bed, a 120 cm wide bed and a sofa. Another bedroom on the 2nd floor has a large double bed and a single bed. The 3rd bedroom upstairs is a small bedroom with a 120 cm wide bed. In addition, there is a small living room upstairs with a sofa and a TV where, among other things, the children can stream movies via AppleTV that is connected to the TV. Out in the parking lot, you can just strap on your skis and slide out into the alpine slope. Should you wish to go cross-country skiing, it is about 100m to walk to great cross-country trails that take you to the nearby mountain areas. In summer, there is great nature, bike trails and mountain lakes almost right outside the cabin. At the bottom of the slalom slope you will find a great 9-hole golf course and golf lounge with simple service. If you want to experience wildlife, it is less than half an hour to drive to Langedrag, and about 45 minutes to the Bear Park in Flå. Guest access This is a private cabin used by an extended family. This means that we have a storage room where we have personal belongings. This is under the stairs and is normally locked. In addition, it is expected that any food, toilet rolls and other consumables are procured by the tenant and that what is found in the cabin is respected as private. Spices, etc. are of course for free use. Other things to note There is a rental binder with instructions for use, explanations, network setup, etc. A car charger is installed outside, but this can only be used by appointment. Power consumption for this must be covered by the tenant. Power consumption is expected to be around 50kW per day. Power consumption beyond this must be covered by the tenant.
