Private room within my friendly home, situated in a safe residential area within walking distance to Princes Park (5mins), Sefton Park (10mins), Lark Lane (5mins) with its range of independent shops, bars and restaurants, and walking distance to good transport links via bus (5mins) and train (15mins). On public transport it takes approximately 20-30mins to get into the city centre with all its attractions including the iconic dock areas. The space My flat is on the first floor of a large Victorian house, with access via a communal door and central staircase. I have a beautiful and unique home with a large communal garden behind the property which is bordered by trees providing leafy green views from the windows. There are two picnic benches in the garden and free parking on the grounds of the property. The guest room has a comfortable double bed with side tables and a lamp, and there is a sofa which can be made into a small double sofa bed for up to two additional guests. Guest access Guests will have access to the whole flat excluding my bedroom. Guests will have their own private bedroom and can have exclusive use of the main bathroom. Guests will share use of the living space and fully equipped kitchen area with myself, and are welcome to help themselves to tea, coffee and cold drinks. Guests may share all kitchen facilities including fridge/freezer space if they wish. During your stay I will available throughout your stay for any queries or questions, either in person if you see me or by phone anytime throughout the day. I am more than happy to help so please do ask if you need anything :D Other things to note Please be respectful of my home and of other residents in the building during your stay. There is free wifi in the property and a TV in the living space which you may use by casting from your phone via chrome cast to either watch programs or play music. I am happy to assist with this if required.
