The space Brand new apartment located in the heart of central London conveniently located between Vauxhall, Kennington and Lambeth North stations. The flat, located in a new gated development, is very modern and boasts very high ceilings, modern conveniences, private ground floor balcony, and sumptuous accommodation. The accommodation is a very private large double bedroom with own en-suite bathroom. The room is lockable. The kitchen is available for breakfast and tea/coffee and similar light use throughout the day, however no cooking of evening meals (dinner) is permitted. Ideal location for a professional person who is looking for a central London base during the week. The central location also makes it ideal for visitors on a city break since major sites are accessible by foot or by public transport. Also available for medium term (month or more) stays for single business persons or students. Guest access The apartment is located within a recently completed, private gated community in central London. The flat is on the ground floor and has its own private entrance. Guests will have access to their own full bathroom facilities and share the lounge and kitchen areas in the flat. The bedroom has a king size bed, sofa, wifi bedside lamps and tables. Guests are welcome to use the kitchen for breakfast, tea/coffee or similar light use throughout the day. During your stay I will either be around, or easily accessible by phone/text/email if you need any advice, help or suggestions. Other things to note Getting to and from the airport is easy since DIRECTIONS FROM LOCAL UNDERGROUND STATIONS Vauxhall, Lambeth North and Kennington Stations are all a short and pleasant 12 minute walk away 1. Walking from VAUXHALL STATION Walk East on Albert Embankment towards Lambeth Palace and the Houses of Parliament. Just after the park Plaza Hotel take a right Turn On Black Prince Road. Walk 100m and take a Left Turn on Lambeth Walk. Lollard Street is 100m on your Right and Cabanel Place IS 70Mm on your left. 2. Options from LAMBETH NORTH STATION On exiting the station cross the road and walk towards Kennington Rooad. From there you have two options: 1. Walking (700m). Co tinte walking along Kennington Road for 700m. Fitzalan Street will be on your right side. Walk 50m on Fitzalan. Street and walk across the park towards Lollard Street. Cabanel Place is on Lollard Street. 2. Bus - On Kennington Road Bus stop D take either Bus (59 or 159) two stops to Fitzalan Street. Walk 3 minuyed 3. Walking from KENNINGTON STATION DIRECTIONS FROM MAJOR LONDON AIRPORTS From HEATHROW AIRPORT 1. Take Heathrow express to Paddington. Taxi to the flat is about £15. Otherwise take the Bakerloo Line to Lambeth North. On Kennington Road either walk (12 minutes) or take Bus (59 or 159) two stops to Fitzalan Street. Walk 3 minuyed 2. Take Picadilly line and change at Green Park to Victoria. Take Victoria line to Vauxhall Station. Follow directions as above From GATWICK AIRPORT 1. Take train to Victoria Station. Connect on to Victoria line to Vauxhall. Follow directions as above.
