The space We are the 2nd owners of this early 1960s home, having purchased it from one of the original architects, Dean Graves and his lovely wife, Ginny 11 years ago. The concept and the build being a "Mirror Image" of the property next door was actually a product of George Wendt who worked for Don Drummond for many years. The privacy, quiet space, and indoor/outdoor flow lends itself to a very easy relaxing existence. Guest access Guests have all access to the building and grounds excluding the basement extension beyond the laundry area. Other things to note There will be construction in the lot behind the house for a portion of 2025. Please message for details as noise levels will be varied based on phase of construction. We have offered a discount for April and May 2025 to balance out this potential inconvenience. As of November 1, 2025, this property will only be available for 30 night minimum stays due to change of ordinance by the City of Prairie Village.
