Lakeshore Retreat, escape from it all!

My place is the perfect base for exploring the lake and it’s Mayan villages. Spend the days hiking, or relax with a day of pampering at our on-site spa. It is on the lake shore, with our own swim beach, boat dock, public transportation (water taxis), and nature. We are far from crowds, traffic, pollution, and stress. You’ll love my place because of the outdoors space, the ambiance, the comfy beds, the light. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and families. No car access. The space Casa Sirena/Mermaid house: 1150 sq. ft. sleeps 2-4. Large covered patio/outdoor area, 700 sq. ft. includes kitchen, dining area and living space. Semi-open to the lake views with covered roof and protected from the elements. The fully equipped kitchen is ready to prepare the freshest of meals from our locally grown produce with fresh fish from the lake or Pacific Ocean. Interior rooms total 520 sq. ft. and include bedroom with queen size bed and sofa. Large second room includes a wardrobe and dressing area, and has a double bed. Perfect for a couple, two single travelers, or a family with 1-2 children. Bathroom with hot water shower. Additional house available (for an additional fee) with large bedroom, private bath and a second kitchen for extra guests. Massage is available on-site for an additional fee. No car access. Parking is available in Panajachel. Unimproved road gives access to Santa Cruz la Laguna, but no secure parking is available and the road does not come to the house. Only recommended for high clearance vehicles and those with a rugged disposition. Guest access You have private access to the house. It is fenced in and surrounded by gardens. Bamboo and thatched palm roof cabana is shared by other guests. Other things to note No car access to our property. Parking is available in Panajchel. Unimproved dirt road leading to Santa Cruz is available but only recommended for high clearance vehicles and those with a rugged disposition. No secure parking is available in Santa Cruz, so you vehicle will be vunerable. I follow Airbnb’s enhanced cleaning protocol, which was developed with expert guidance.
