The space When you enter the apartment (A402), after using the elevator to get to the 4th floor, you will enjoy the open plan layout. A large double sliding window gives access to the balcony but also allows for plenty of day light. The open plan living room is comfortable and spacious, with a dedicated dining area and seating area including a large (some would say) very large TV. There are 2 ceiling fans in the living room in addition to the AC. The kitchen is fitted with among others cooker and oven (gas), fridge/freezer, microwave and enough pots and pan, crockery and cutlery. From the kitchen you have access to the panty with a washing machine, iron and ironing board. Both bedrooms with double bed have large windows and have AC and a ceiling fan. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom. There is a second bathroom accessible from the living room. Both bathrooms have a walk-in shower, toilet and washbasin. You can enjoy the facilities of AquaView like the courtyard with pool, cafe and a childrens playground.
