Welcome to "de Hoogt" in Oud-Alblas, a monumental farmhouse in the Alblasserwaard. A nice place to enjoy the tranquility and the nature. You can stay at "de Hoogt" in the former pig barn. We have converted this into a beautiful cottage, where we ourselves lived with great pleasure during the renovation of the farm for more than two years. The space The "pig barn" is a 4-person cottage with shower, toilet, kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer, TV (free WIFI), 2 single bedrooms and a loft for 2 people. In the loft there is space for a camping bed. The cottage has a terrace with garden set, a shed and 1 private parking space (free of charge). Nearby, there is plenty to do; among other things, watching mills in the World Heritage Site Kinderdijk, the town of Dordrecht, many hiking and cycling routes, national park de Biesbosch, with the water bus to Rotterdam, etc. Guest access Guests have access to the cottage with adjoining terrace. There is also 1 parking space. Other things to note It is a contactless stay. We work with a key locker. You will receive a code before arrival and so you can enter the property. Upon departure, leave the key in the locker.
