Our vacation home, surrounded by a large orchard, with three separate apartments, is located in a village of 20 inhabitants near Stralsund and the Baltic Sea. If you're looking for peace, relaxation and a large garden, this is the place for you. The apartment offered here impresses with its view from the kitchen through the large patio door. It is lovingly decorated and is even suitable for wheelchair users. Note: no TV, poor cell phone reception The space The apartment consists of two large bedrooms, a bathroom and a large cozy kitchen. It has a high ceiling and is bright and welcoming through the large windows overlooking the garden. In one of the bedrooms, we have a fireplace with a viewing window directly in front of the bed, which also cozily warms the adjacent reading corner. The fireplace is only for coziness. The apartment is heated by central heating. The bedrooms Both bedrooms are equipped with 160 × 200 beds. In them, both new and restored wardrobes are set up for your use. In one of the bedrooms you even have a fireplace with a large viewing window. The kitchen is new and modern. It is equipped with sufficient cutlery and crockery and includes, among other things, a filter coffee maker, toaster, fridge (with freezer) and cookware. An oven is also available. If you want to cook, a modern stove with 4 burners (Ceran fields) is available. For coziness, we also set up a wood-fired side stove (a so-called kitchen witch). It has a viewing window and makes the cozy evenings with wine and card games perfect. The bathroom with toilet, sink and shower (ground level) is located directly in the apartment and can only be used for this apartment. The shower is at ground level and offers a lot of space with approx. 1.1 m x 2 m The terrace is directly accessible through a large patio door and is intended for the sole use of this apartment. On the large terrace (about 35 m²) there is a pavilion as sun protection under which a table for 6 people and a corresponding number of chairs await you. The terrace is fully illuminated and can also be accessed from the outside via an earth wall. Guest access As guests of this apartment, you have exclusive access to your terrace, which is equipped with a gazebo. In addition, we can also set up a grill with grill utensils if necessary. The terrace has a natural privacy screen through the bushes that surround it and another privacy screen made of firewood for your fireplace. For shared use with the holiday guests of the other apartments, the following awaits you: a large orchard with about 20 fruit trees (apples, pears, cherries, plums and walnut) and many berry bushes such as currants or gooseberries (blackberries and raspberries are in the planning stage). From the end of June there is always something to snack on and that is also what we want. Starting in mid-April, all the fruit trees are gradually in bloom and look just wonderful. Campfire area Here a large fire pit and pallet benches set up in a circle invite you to "male fire staring" (as our son likes to say). Of course, a grill can be taken to the fireplace. The fireplace has an electric lamp and an outlet nearby. But it's not covered. Laundry area This apartment is not equipped with a washing machine, but on request we can offer you the use of the washing machine in the utility room in the same house. The laundry can then be dried on a clothesline, which is not in the garden and nicely hidden behind a high hedge. Other things to note Our house is completely hidden at the end of a dead end road of a small village, you can hardly find more peace :) .
