A gorgeous, semi-private beach awaits with easy low-bank waterfront access; perfect for exploring, shell collecting, or just soaking in the sun. Walking distance from the ferry and public boat launch. Muffins and fruit are included to get you started! The space The suite is a studio room in a multi-family home with a full time resident in the adjacent unit. The suite has a private entry, and a semi-private deck (separated with a privacy screen). Guest access Guests have full access to the suite, the 2 x decks on either side of the suite, the backyard, and the beach. Other things to note * Our wonderful neighbour is hand-building a home next door, so there will be some daytime construction noise. The island remains otherwise peaceful and secluded, and work should be kept to reasonable hours to maintain the tranquil atmosphere. * Bring a flashlight (or use your phone) to see around the property at night! *There are no Taxis or UBER on the island.
