There are 2 rooms on the ground floor of the villa. The room with the bathroom "en suite" is equipped with a queen-size bed (160cm x 200cm). The second bedroom is separated from the first bedroom by a sliding door and has two single beds (90cm x 200cm) which can also be pushed together. Both bedrooms on the ground floor have a direct view of the lake. The beds in the whole house are of high quality, a good sleeping comfort is guaranteed! On the upper floor there are three more bedrooms. The largest bedroom is also equipped with a queen-size bed and offers a lake view. Two slightly smaller bedrooms with a view to the back of the house can also be separated with a sliding door and are equipped with a 120cm x 200cm bed and a 140cm x 200cm bed. On the upper floor there is also a wet room with bubble bath and shower, as well as a sauna. Both large wet rooms are also equipped with Closomat. The villa offers a fully equipped kitchen and a dining room adjacent to the living room with seating for 7 people. For larger parties of up to 10 people, the feudal foyer hall seats 10 at the dining table. The table in the heated conservatory can also be used as an office table. There is also a guest WC on the ground floor, which has a washbasin and a toilet. The sofa in the living room can be pulled out into a bed. This is the 10th sleeping area. Smaller children can also sleep here in pairs. Guest access The whole complex covers an area of 6350m2, which is roughly divided into three parts. The Airbnb part includes the whole house, the private lake access off it and some meadow/lawn area. This area is exclusively for the private use of Airbnb guests. The covered terrace with a large table and enough chairs invites you to a cosy BBQ in a private atmosphere. Afterwards, a few swims in the lake at sunset make your day perfect! The park's own bay and jetty are available for Airbnb guests to use at any time. Rowing boat, pedalo and two SUPs are waiting for you! The motorboat can be rented by arrangement with the appropriate ID and insurance. The cloakroom with shower and toilet in this area may also be used by Airbnb guests. Behind the house there is an externally rented lake area, which is separated from the Airbnb area. Other things to note The metal entrance gate to the park is opened with a code. This code is announced before arrival. There is also a key box in the letterbox from which Airbnb guests can take the house key with the corresponding code upon arrival. Two different codes are therefore required for independent check-in to this accommodation.
