On the first floor of the villa there are 2 rooms. The room with the en-suite bathroom is equipped with a queen-size bed (160 cm x 200 cm). The second bedroom separated from the room with a sliding door with two single beds (90 cm x 200 cm) which can also be pushed together. Both bedrooms on the first floor have direct lake views. The beds throughout the house are of high quality. A good night's sleep is guaranteed! On the upper floor there are three more bedrooms. The largest bedroom is also equipped with a queen-size bed and offers lake views. Two slightly smaller bedrooms with a view to the back of the house can also be separated with a sliding door and are equipped with a 120 cm x 200 cm bed and a 140 cm x 200 cm bed. On the upper floor there is also a bathroom with a whirlpool tub and shower, as well as a sauna. Both large wet rooms are also equipped with Closomat. The villa offers a fully equipped kitchen and a dining room adjacent to the living room with seating for 7 people. For larger groups of up to 10 people, the feudal foyer hall is ideal, with a dining table that seats 10 people. The table in the heated conservatory can also be used as an office table. On the first floor there is also a guest toilet, which has a sink and toilet. The sofa in the living room can be pulled out into a bed. This is the 10th sleeping place. Smaller children can also sleep here in pairs. Guest access The whole complex covers an area of 6350 m², which is roughly divided into three parts. The Airbnb part includes the entire house, the private lake access in front of it and some meadow/lawn area. This area is exclusively for the private use of Airbnb guests. The covered terrace by the house with a large table and plenty of chairs invites you to a cozy BBQ in a private atmosphere. Then a few laps in the lake at sunset will make your day perfect! The park's own bay and jetty are available to Airbnb guests at all times for shared use. Rowboat, pedal boat and two SUPs are waiting for beautiful trips! With appropriate ID and insurance, the motorboat can be rented by arrangement. The wardrobe with shower & toilet in this area can also be used by Airbnb guests. Behind the house there is an externally rented lakeside area, which is separated from the Airbnb area. Other things to note The metal entrance gate to the park is opened with a code. This code will be provided prior to arrival. In the mailbox, there is also a key box, from which the Airbnb guests can remove the house key with the corresponding code upon arrival. Two different codes are required for self-check-in to this property.
