We are situated in an area surrounded by lakes, mountains, and ocean, you have a stunning Log home with amazing view and unique Cabanas w/ dome windows. For your special day, set up the Event tent in the large yard. Experience the outdoors like never before, The space The Log Home space Large Kitchen w/ granite countertops for great gatherings, cathedral ceiling in great room with large windows lets in lots of sunlight, deck facing spectacular views, The Cliff Dwelling / Cabanas space There are four cozy sleeping barrels which have a queen bed, pull out table and benches, linens and towels are provided. Accommodates 2 guests and if needed additional space for young child or a teenager on a blow up mattress under the queen bed.(additional guest charges apply). Enjoy the covered porch, two chairs and table for sitting back and enjoying the view. (Note: the sleeping barrels are not heated and no power) The unique designed gazebo has kitchen with cook stove / fridge / sink / BBQ. We supply the dishes / utensils / pots & pans. An eating bar with an incredible view, a lounging couch and a fire pit. (Note: The cookhouse has electricity) Washrooms are in a separate building near hot tub, has 1 toilet / 2 sinks / and showers with hot and cold water, body wash and shampoo provided. We provide towels / wash cloths Property space Yard to set up event tent. BBQ, Unique Barrel Sauna, Wood fired Hot tub, firepit for evening gatherings. Guest access Wood Fired Hot Tub Electric Steam Sauna Backyard with fire pit - (Firewood - $10.00/bucket) BBQ Other things to note - The booking is for the accommodations (up to 16 guests) and the use of the property for your ceremony/reception.(max 30 guests). - The guest booking or someone they choose , would arrange for all additional rentals required for the ceremony ie. tent/tables/chairs/plates/glassware/linens, etc. - Set up and clean up for event would be done by you. - There is a Sunshine Coast Regional District Noise bylaw. (quiet time after 11pm) - Our house rules apply to guests staying at the property. - We are on a septic system, 3 washrooms available, you will need to rent additional portable washrooms to not clog the septic system. - You shall maintain Event Insurance, including Host Liquor liability, a certificate of insurance with an endorsement must be provided twenty-one (21) days prior to the event. - minimum stay is 3 nights.
