The space We want to provide a comfortable living and working experience for our guests by emphasizing: 1, Safety. The property is in a peaceful, low crime rate residential neighborhood and equipped with a smart lock at the front door that gives each guest a unique entry code for their stay. Your bedroom is also lockable with a key for additional privacy. 2, Sleep. Spacious queen bed with comfy linens and towels, combined with quiet hours and no party house rules ensure our guest a good night's sleep. 3, Entertain. Your Bedroom is equipped with your own armchair, side table, cushions and TV, so you can enjoy your favorite shows and games without disturbance 4, Work. We provide each room with a large desk, desk lamp, comfy chair and high speed fiber Internet so you can easily work from home. 5, Convenience. We provide free in unit laundry machine and on site parking. 6, Extra small touches. Windows blinds allow you to adjust the brightness in your room, a floor fan provides more precise comfort, and you have plenty of storage space with hangers provided. 7, Designated and reserved storage spaces in kitchen and other common area. The room and the rest of the house is spacious, newly renovated and fully furnished. You can enjoy your full privacy to work or relax in your own room, or hangout with other guests in the common area of the house when you like. Guest access You have full access to your own bedroom and are welcome to use the amenities we provided in the common area. In the kitchen you have assigned space for your personal belongings in both the cabinets and refrigerator. All spaces are clearly labeled for easy access. You can also use the amenities we provided, like cookware, small appliances and dinnerware. Our central HVAC system runs on a smart program designed to accommodate all living in the shared space. You will have access to adjust the temperatures within the range we set but not other settings, and we recommend our guests be mindful when adjusting the temperature to be considerate of others. For monthly guests, we are happy to provide amenities to help you settle in, but it is difficult to satisfy every guests’ unique needs on an ongoing basis. Beyond what is initially provided, you are responsible for your own consumables (toilet paper, shampoo/soap, laundry detergent, spices, etc.). During your stay We like to give you the space to enjoy the home but are happy to answer questions and will respond as soon as possible between 8:30 am - 6:30 pm. Please do not hesitate to reach out with any questions.
