It is possible to upgrade to a 2 bedroom if available (sleeps 6+2 kids). Condo will only be available for 7 night reservations (Check in Fri, Sat, or Sun). The space The kitchen is fully equipped and has a lot of space for groceries. You also have access to a washer/dryer onsite for fresh clean clothes. There is a balcony and you do have beach access. There are no grills on the property. Guest access Mayan Palace Riviera Maya features a full selection of live music, shows, sports, classes, tours, fitness activities, and a variety of other ways for you and your family to discover your happiness. Events and activities at this gorgeous destination include ping pong tournaments, nature walks, guacamole-making classes, Kermes, Cirque du Soleil JOYÀ, margarita making classes, karaoke, Fiesta Mexicana, and dance classes by the pool. You have access to the beautiful Mayan Palace pool closest to the beach. However, the private pools at the Luxxe and Grand Mayan are reserved to those staying in the Luxxe or Grand Mayan. Other things to note You are responsible for service charges such as long distance phone charges, personal charges and the 150$ resort fee per week. The resort fee is NOT per person, it is only for the week you stay. The 150$ resort fee is to be paid to the resort which covers Internet Service, Fitness Center Access, Daily Maid Service, Turn Down Service, Local Telephone Calls, Internal Resort Transportation, Welcome Cocktail, Daily newspaper (upon request), and Incoming Faxes. Payment is made at check-in. Also 30$ charge as well for using the in-room safe. Resort parking is typically limited to one car per unit. A parking fee may be charged.
