To promote environmental sustainability and maintain the unit in good condition, guests are kindly advised to turn off all fans, lights, air conditioners, and faucets when not in use, and to ensure that all doors and windows are properly closed when the unit is unoccupied. 11. Please note that we are not liable for any issues related to urban services, such as emergency blackouts or water disruptions. 12. We reserve the right to ask you to leave at any time if you violate any of the HOUSE RULES mentioned above. A RM200 security deposit is required, payable by transfer. It will be refunded within 24 hours after check-out if there are no damages, missing items, or house rule violations. 13. Single mattress also available for rent.
