The space Our house is located Edgemont residential Neighborhood on the North side of Cincinnati on a quiet, walk-friendly street. You will be renting the Second Floor Master bedroom with Private Bathroom that has been newly renovated and has the ideal setup for a home office. Your room is equipped with a 48-inch desk, bookshelves, a comfortable office chair, high-speed WIFI, etc. We have a seven-day minimum stay so our typical guests are long-term guests that are IT, healthcare, and engineering professionals that are in town for 1-6 months contracts or internships. Guest access Other than your room, there is a common living area that includes a living room, kitchen/dining room, and laundry room, which you will be sharing with up to three other guests. Other things to note There is 2 lane driveway parking that's available on to first come basis and plenty of free street parking. Please note - our side of the street is a fire lane so you must park on the other side of the street.
