Bright, quiet, very clean, newly renovated 2nd level studio in historic property with full size fridge, stove, dishwasher, microwave, washer and dryer. This great living space has softwood floors and ceramic tile throughout. The bed has a new, comfortable, quality, QUEEN mattress. The new 4 piece bathroom includes claw foot bath tub & stand alone shower along with an outside exiting fan and a new window. The studio also offers a private deck with bistro set. Guest access With its own private outside entranace, this newly renovated studio is exclusively yours throughout your stay with us. This includes the washer and dryer which are located within the studio. We provide TIDE clothes detergent if you wish to use it. The studio is five minutes from the Convention Centre, Tourist Information Centre, great coffee shops and Queen Street. This street is home to many of our restaurants, pubs, cafes and entertainment including the Confederation Centre of the Arts and The Guild. For a number of years Airbnb guests have enjoyed our other suites at this property. They loved this location and often parked their vehicle at our property for their entire visit & walked everywhere. We hope you decide to join us this year. Other things to note This is a strictly non smoking property. Unfortunately, we are unable to host your pets. Due to servere seafood allergies of some of our guests, seafood of any kind (fish or shellfish) are not permitted in the studio. We thank you for respecting this important house rule.
